Encrypted Code? at Footer in PixDesign

Hi Webmaster,

I am using PixDesign Silver, and it seems to have encrypted PHP code in "footer.php".
How can I de-crypt it? and make it look exactly same as what it looks now?
I tried to de-crypt with BASE64 decoder and also some typo-exchanges however, after copy and pasting the de-crypted part into PHP codes it changes its looking a bit.

Kindly download the theme at the Members Area to get a copy of PixDesign Theme without the decrypted/obfuscated footer.
