Hi guys!

This is ChiQ Montes and I am writing a short blog post to inform everyone that the site is having problems at the moment. I have received about 20 emails already and 8 unapproved Site comments of visitors not being able to download ANY OF THE THEMES that I have here. (Thank you so much for letting me know..)

We’re currently checking what seems to be causing the problem and I would like to give a quick shout-out to Bryan King and the WPWebHost Support team for backing me up on this.

I had a similar problem with my site when I activated WP-SuperCache along with Lester Chan’s Download Manager plugin. All the download links would just go to 404 pages.

I noticed you used Download Monitor instead, but maybe you could disable the SuperCache to see if that’s causing the problem?

Yaah I had ready many comment about it. They are facing this problem. It thinks that they had took wrong process for this but now I understand that the problem is here. Thanks for telling us and I hope soon you can solve this problem.

I think you are using IE it may be a cause of it. Try it with FireFox.

Well glad to see that the problem was resolved, personally I know what it feels like when a website goes down, it drove me crazy! That’s great that you have had a wonderful host to help you with any problems

trying out the Schemertype Mag but cannot get the header to change name to gratishelsekost.com the same with the wordpress theme log can this be replaced with an ad?

I am wondering if you have tested your themes in WP 2.8 and if they are compatible? I’d love to use the 2 most recent theme releases from you, but want to make sure they will work.

Also – I have submitted a couple of support tickets via the method you requested and have not had any response. I am wondering if you are also having issues with that as well as the issues you were having with your site?
