Thank you ChiQ. I like this theme and I try to a blog of mine.

I have a problem that I can’t install a Featured News. How could I do? What is the Featured News ID? Would you please tell me?

I downloaded and decided to use this theme but however I have two problems. Hope you can help.

1) I can’t edit the Header.php, they keep giving error.

2) My nav bar shows all the pages including those children page which I don’t want, how can i hide them?

Great theme!

first I got to say thank you for this great theme – Alpha Theme. I only have one question. I want to know if there any way that i can have more posts in the main site. At this moment is only 10 post and the Featured News that will make 11 but i would like to cove the empty spots with at least 4 to 6 more post showing on the main page. Can i add some code to one of the template to get what I’m looking for? Thank you I hope to see a comment back soon. Have a nice day!

I have one question. I am trying to change Featured News Part but when I delete in and incert another things page stays white…why? How can I change it or at least to place only post of 1 category but not featured…????

Thanks for this great theme, it looks really profesional.

I do have a few questions, if you wouldnt mind emailing me to let me know what i can do to sort these out i would really appriciate it.

1) on the featured news the “read more, cat & comment links dont work? is there some php code missing?

2) i have a padding issue on the main page which means that on of the posts overlaps and there is some gaps between the posts?

3) i have some main pages accross the top, one being event suppliers directory in here i have a list but i cant seem to do a normal sub page in my wordpress admin?

any help wold be great!

O.k…as much as I like this theme, I still can’t figure out how to post the featured news so I have moved on to another theme. Oh well……

how do you add a featured post?

For everyone wondering how to set the FEATURED section, this is how its done:

1. Go to the Appearance/Themes section in your Wordpress admin and click on the option, “Theme Settings”
2. There is a field there labeled, “Featured Post ID” . Change that # to the POSTID that you want featured.

with that said I noticed a number of issues with that featured section. None of the links for ‘comments, ‘read more’ and ‘categories’ works on the featured section. They all link to domain.com/#

Is there a fix for that? If not I’ll fix it myself and post the fix here for everyone else to use but was hoping you had already fixed it somewhere.

I’m thinking of creating another blog in wordpress but I couldn’t find the perfect theme. This one is absolutely fantastic. 4 columns. And never was a fan of those bubble – gum colored, cartoon – infested themes anyway.

quick question: I’m trying to load my logo into the header. the instructions given say “open “images” folder and replace “logo.gif.” those instructions aren’t working for me.
