Introducing WordPress “Theme Directory”
As you know themes.wordpress.net have stopped accepting themes. However, WordPress just opened their New Theme Directory!! I was personally notified by my sponsor JungleJar of this awesome news! Read the details of this news on their site.
I like new ‘features’ in the new theme directory, along with the look.

wpdesigner.com has a great tutorial for that. You have to dig into the archives though
You could also try a framework theme like wpthemerkit.com

I was one of the ones who didn’t know this news! I guess I am glad to hear it, but I did enjoy the old directory. Hopefully the good themes will be easier to find.

Have you uploaded any theme to WP Theme directory ? There are a few themes in directory now
