As for what I would like to see….I would like to see someone release a non-blogging WordPress theme. I don’t mean a CMS, but a theme that is just designed to be a splash page that is customizable and a page template (for a contact form, etc.).
I think this is great for companies who just need something simple. I’ve been looking for something like this and have yet to find it, so it could definitely fill a niche!

Sorry to hear you are unwell … I wish you a quick recovery and total health.
Could you please consider a theme that incorporates a tabbed box for popular, categories, comments & tags similar to Adii’s at http://freshnews.premiumnewstheme.com/ and his others. Perfect for making this accessible without taking up real estate space.
Along with this I’d like to see the bottom with 3 widgetised columns (in addition to the side widgetised columns)
